Details: Practice Manager for a five physician orthopaedic practice located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, managing the non-medical activities of the practice with the support of the central business office. Focus of this position will be the daily operations including staffing and supervision of support staff; development of policies and procedures; scheduling, hiring, training and evaluation of staff; oversight of some financial activities, etc. A minimum of three years management experience in a physician's office required, preferably in an orthopaedic practice, with computer skills in Allscripts (Misys PM and Misys EMR) software preferred. Details: Full time Outpatient Physical Therapist for San Marco Clinic immediately available. Orthopaedic and/or Sports Experience is a plus. JOI is a company of 300 employees that currently operates seven physician offices and nine rehabilitation centers. Our patient population ranges from adolescents to geriatric with a strong focus on sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics. Our strong relationships with our physicians allow us to form a close bond between our rehabilitation centers and our orthopedists. Our rehabilitation staff includes PTs, PT/ATCs, ATCs, PTAs, and OTs with experience with all levels of athletes.
